Founded in 2015, Point Break Capital is a privately-owned real estate firm with operations in California, Texas, and Missouri. Our goal is to acquire, renovate, and manage a portfolio of residential and multi family real estate. Whether it is student housing, low income, or market rate, we add value wherever possible to maximize asset performance.
Win wins! We don’t believe all landlord tenant relationships have to be negative. In fact, quite the opposite. Taking a preventative approach, not cutting corners, and offering a premium product compared to the competition, keeps assets performing at their maximum, while tenants stay longer and take better care of properties. This can all happen while investors make great returns. That is our goal.
This is accomplished through an intimate knowledge of local real estate trends and relationships, mixed with in-house acquisition, construction and management. All deals have a significant value-add component.
Point Break Capital is always opportunistic about bringing on financial partners to expand its capital base and scale operations. We partner with individuals who have long-term investment goals, and who share similar financial and operational values.
